Swine Flu Update

Patting myself on the back, as I reported earlier, David did not have the Swine Flu (GASP). In is defense, since I totally trash talked him yesterday...he did have ever single possible symptom of the flu (Coughing, Sore Throat, Headache, Body Aches, Chills etc.), but one and that was FEVER...this was the sign to me that he did not have the flu (Swine or other). The Dr. told him if he had a fever of even 1 degree above normal he would have had to go to our local hospital to be in quarentine to await his test results from the CDC. GOOD THING he didn't have a fever.

The Dr. prescribed him 3 different meds...1 was a Z-Pak (Antibiotic), 1 was a cough syrup with codeine and one was an enhaler. They actually gave him the inhaler at the office. He called me from the pharmacy to ask me what the other 2 meds were and he came home with only 1, the cough syrup. He didn't even get the damn antibiotic??? Again, he doesn't take meds...he is dumb. I love this man, I do love him, but he is pretty much stupid when it comes to taking meds or being sick.

So, today he goes back to work at normal time and I have called him several times through the day. He sounds better each time I call him, he actually feels a lot better.

He feels better because the Dr. soothed his Pig Virus Phobia. Now who is the hypochondriac??
