Flying the Coop

I am leaving tomorrow around Noon and won't be home until late Sunday evening! I am going to be "Scrappin' it up" with some friends at a hotel, going out to eat without kids, sleeping in a bed without kids, chatting, and doing some serious scrapping. I have been looking forward to this for months now...I have sooooo much to do to get ready I shouldn't even be on here talking about it. David took off the entire weekend to stay home with the kiddies...yep, once again he ROCKS.

Last year I got an entire years worth of scrapping done in one weekend and last year I didn't stay at the hotel all weekend, only on Saturday night. I can imagine I will get even more done this year.

It will be nice to spend some quality time with friends I don't get to see all the time, and nice to just relax. This weekend will help me "re-boot" from being cooped up all Winter! Then I will be ready for Summer Vacation and start counting the days to our yearly "Girls Only" weekend!
